Reina and I and our 2 children immigrated to the US in 1976 and moved immediately to Port Washington and never left — too much trouble to move, and Port is quite nice - as I say Port has been in lockdown here for 50 years —
We joined TBI in 77 and made many friends— I have been on the board on and off for many years including non consecutive stints as Treasurer for about 12 years— and TBI is still solvent —- obviously I did not skim enough
Great to see and be part of the positive vibe that Rabbi Mike and the whole executive and board bring to TBI

Giving To Temple Beth Israel
Giving tzedakah (financial support) to Temple Beth Israel enables our community to come together to pray, celebrate, socialize, and learn. In addition, your tzedakah provides teachers for our children’s Jewish education, supports adult programs, assists our holy work of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world), organizes members to visit the sick and comfort mourners, and much more.
