Religious School
Religious School
TBI's Religious School focuses on building a strong sense of Jewish values and responsibility by blending content with creativity to make education substantive and fun. Our Religious School teaching philosophy is rooted in giving your children an appreciation of their Jewish heritage as well as a commitment to the traditions and practices of Judaism. Students learn to read Hebrew, celebrate the Jewish holidays, and prepare for their B'nai Mitzvah with a curriculum infused with art, music, celebration, food, and interactive programs. Learning by doing is emphasized, whether it is celebrating Shabbat or exploring the concept of Tikkun Olam through mitzvah projects. Our hope is that your child begins their Jewish education in our Shorashim (kindergarten) program and continues through Confirmation in 10th grade.

Giving To Temple Beth Israel
Giving tzedakah (financial support) to Temple Beth Israel enables our community to come together to pray, celebrate, socialize, and learn. In addition, your tzedakah provides teachers for our children’s Jewish education, supports adult programs, assists our holy work of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world), organizes members to visit the sick and comfort mourners, and much more.
