Mindy Tashlik returns to the TBI Board after wearing both Membership VP and Communications VP hats back in the day. Raising four brilliant and beautiful daughters with her husband, (and major mensch) Scott - sharing milestones and mitzvahs at TBI while the girls learned to embrace and cherish their Jewish heritage - has been a joy as members since 2005. When she’s not navigating the Daughter 101 curriculum, Mindy thrives as an experienced educator who guides college applicants in crafting their most authentic, impactful essays, one uniquely magical story at a time. She is also a devoted doggie mom to Snoopy and Cooper, the best boys.

 Early on, Mindy dove into synagogue volunteerism as a TBI Religious School Class parent and as a TBI Preschool parent, which evolved into Board service and congregation event planning. Her creative flair lit the spark for Latkes and Vodkas, and she rolled the dice planning Monte Carlo Night while infusing successful fundraising elements. Whether it’s Family Photo Day, a Broadway Ticket Lottery, or revamping the Gala Journal digitally in 2020, Mindy loves stepping up for the community and making meaningful connections with our multigenerational, welcoming, and inclusive TBI family!
