Hi!  I’m Melinda Schwartz.  I moved here with my husband, Jonathan, and son, Teddy, in 2020.  Teddy was a year and a half at the time and about to begin preschool.  We can’t believe he’ll be in Pre-K next fall!  Our friends enthusiastically recommended TBI.  We immediately became members,  and our family loves the sense of community at TBI and the Preschool!

Port Washington is a great place to live, with opportunities to fulfill my love for arts and crafts and family activities.  I love spending my free time outdoors, whether hiking or just taking a stroll along main street.  I joined the garden committee in 2021 and am glad that we are able to help so many people.  I also help with preschool aftercare and fill in when other needs arise in the preschool.

I am looking forward to participating on the TBI board and hope to welcome new members to TBI in the same warm manner that we were welcomed!
