Religious School Enrollment 2022-2023

Please fill out this form NO LATER THAN June 30 to qualify for the early bird tuition rate.  Please note that payment does not need to be completed by June 30, just submission of the form.

Given the overriding Jewish value that puts a premium on the maintaining of health, including the taking of preventative measures, along with the clear public health based need to protect the community as a whole, we are requiring that all children enrolled at Temple Beth Israel be immunized in the manner determined by their pediatrician and other health professionals that is in concert with New York guidelines as outlined here.  Because we care about the health of all members of our community, immunization is required in order to attend our school, except for medically-necessary exemptions.

Please provide the name and number of a local friend or family member who can be contacted in the case of emergency (if both parents are unreachable).

TUITION

Kindergarten - 1st Grade:  $850 for new families (Will be increased to $950 if you enroll after June 30 for returning families)

Please note that beginning in 2nd Grade, TBI membership is required in order to enroll in Religious School.  Please be in touch with Brett Parker at BrettParker@TBIPort.org for questions regarding membership.

2nd - 6th Grade - $1,350 (Will be increased to $1,450 if you enroll after June 30)

7th Grade - $1,350 (Will be increased to $1,450 if you enroll after June 30) PLUS an additional $1,000 for a B'nai Mitzvah preparation fee

TBI High - $850

*Sibling discount: After your first learner is enrolled, each subsequent learner will receive a $50 discount on tuition.

Once this form is submitted, the office will be notified to bill you for tuition.  Payment is not required by June 30, just the submission of this form.
