The Library Committee welcomes journalist-author Kostya Kennedy to discuss his recently published unconventional biography about Jackie Robinson. The book includes his career in baseball and beyond. It is entitled True :The Four Seasons of Jackie Robinson. Aside from highlighting Jackie’s greatness as a player the book gives perspective on his place in American history for his dedication to civil rights.
